I honestly did not expect this big of a difference. The olive oil tastes alive. It is fresh, slightly peppery, and has that smooth finish you never get from store bought bottles. You can tell it is not mass produced. And the balsamic completely surprised me. It is thick, naturally sweet, and rich without tasting artificial or overly sugary. You barely need any to elevate a dish. I tried it with fresh bread first and that alone sold me. Then I used it on a salad and it completely changed the flavor. This is one of those products where once you try it, you cannot go back.

Great quality olive oil. It’s really really hard to find affordable great quality EVOO from a single source with a recent harvest date! This oil had everything I was looking for, and yes I was quite sceptical before purchasing. But I took a chance and was very satisfied. The taste is deep, fresh and slightly peppery. Will be back!!

Delicious, best oil ive ever tasted

Best Olive Oil I’ve ever had.

I bought this because it was recommended to me by a friend to help with inflammation (fun fact apparently ibuprofen's active chemical is sourced from olives!) so I've been taking a shot of it when I'm sore and it works great! I'm very happy because my doctor couldn't even prescribe me a strong enough anti-inflammatory medication to help me long term because my body would adapt to meds and then they'd slowly stop working at all for me. Highly recommend!! I only wish I could afford to buy it more often!!

Great tasting olive oil!

I can tell a huge difference from the color to the smell and the taste carries more olive flavor a slight nuttiness and much earthier. I’ve been using it for cooking and also made homemade mayonnaise with it which I can taste and feel a huge difference with.

Love the taste of this balsamic. I did not know they came in different flavors.
