I don’t know much about olive oils, but I do know that there is a distinct flavor that I don’t taste in the other oils that I’ve had and the color is definitely different from all of the other brands that I have used.

I love the flavor, which I didn’t think olive oil’s had flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by the robust taste.

Best Balsamic I've had

I knew it was harvest time because I just finished last year’s. I do not cook with this. I use high grade olive oil for that. For sitting around enjoying bread & oil or hummus & bread with oil, only this will do. They sell Levantine spices here tgat really add something special to your dipping oil.

I love the raspberry balsamic vinegar. I made a vinaigrette dressing for salad that tasted amazing. I am going to make it with the avocado oil next time. The Levantine olive oil is the only oil I will buy now. Thank you!!
