To be honest, I wasn’t sure buying this oil would really be a game-changer but it was. Prior to this purchase, I was fine with store bought oil. I thought the store bought oil was good. After trying Levantine olive oil, I was shocked by the difference in taste difference in the oils. The store bought oil has a bitterness whereas the Levantine oil has an almost fruity, light taste. You will not be disappointed if you try it!
