I first saw the product listed on Tik Tok, which then prompted me to visit the Levantine website to learn more. I ordered my first bottle, it arrive about seven days after I placed my order. The bottle was packaged in an impact protecting bubble, then placed in a box. The first thing I made with the olive oil was Focaccia bread. The flavor and aroma of the oil was amazing. The next night I made some pesto for a pasta dish, that is when I knew I had been missing out on the world of olive oil. I was completely satisfied so I went back to the website, signed up for the monthly subscription, and currently in month three of said subscription. I absolutely love having and using this olive oil in my kitchen. I enjoy the grassy aroma, the gorgeous gold color. The flavor produces a hint of butter, olive, and a bit of spice at the back end of the tongue. I truly love the oil, and plan on keeping it in my kitchen. A couple nights ago I made Gambas al ajillo and my wife asked if I had used butter when sautéing the shrimp. I mentioned I had not, and that I only used the olive oil. She was amazed at the ability, and complexity of the oil. When it comes to the oil I really enjoy the gold color, the grassy aroma, and the olive, buttery flavor. I will say, the oil give the slightest hint of spice at the back of the tongue, but not enough to deter from the other flavors. I am looking forward to keeping this oil as a staple in my kitchen. #thekilted1

Greetings, regarding my recent purchase of your olive oil, I must say I’m very disappointed. It has an odd taste that I can only compare to walnut shells and or cardboard. I don’t believe in leaving negative reviews on websites, etc. because it would affect your business and that wouldn’t be right. Perhaps I’ll try again in the future but so far, as mentioned, I’m disappointed.
