SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Levantine Goods. Below you will find important information regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery policies.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Levantine Goods is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen items, or delivery errors after the package has been shipped. However, we are committed to supporting our customers.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us at levantinegoods@gmail.com with your order number. We will gladly assist you in contacting the carrier and, when appropriate, help initiate a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Levantine Goods is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
• Checking around your property
• Confirming with household members
• Contacting neighbors
• Contacting the carrier directly
We will assist you in investigating the matter, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at levantinegoods@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, Levantine Goods ships only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working toward expanding our shipping capabilities in the future.
